Type of visa need to visit indonesian embassy

I am indian citizen i want travel to Bangkok. Want to visit Indonesian embassy for my Work permit Telex stamp process.

I have Telex copy approved by indonesian embassy.

My question is Can I enter in Bangkok on tourist visa as Thailand offering visa on arrival for indians? Or i need any other type of visa?

You could enter on a tourist visa issued by the embassy or a consulate in India or get a free 15 day visa on arrival.

I see no mention of visa status shown on the Indonesian embassy website.

if you can get a visa om arrival just state tourism on your arrival form. The fact you are going to fill out the visa form and give them your "telex" letter is irrelevant.

I assume your employer told Indonesian immigration to send the "telex" letter to Bangkok?
