Lotto seller groped, flashed in Sattahip

 

 

SATTAHIP:-- A lottery seller filed a police report after a man groped her and exposed himself in Sattahip.

Jongdee Pimpolthong, 42, said she was riding her bicycle to sell tickets on Sukhumvit Soi 49 May 27 when she spotted a man driving his motorbike in circles around the street.

He then approached her and grabbed her buttocks before turning to face her. She said she was shocked to see his private parts hanging out of his pants.
