Surprisingly they kept my yellow book number as my ID and didn't change it to my passport number on the new DL.

Three hours-45 minutes for vid-what was the rest of the time spent doing? Surely those tests didn't take that long. I've done them myself and half hour tops.

The time was spent waiting to pay and get the photo done and licence printed because of the shear number of people being served prior to the 2 day shut down for Lent.
