Hello guys , this year i will be back in KKC but i dont want have a condo because i will stay around 6 month there ; so do you know some cool hotel  around the center , where i can rent for a month

Try SFBiz hotel.

They do longtime stay for a rather nice price.

Simple hotel, clean, near Central world, railway station, entertainment area.

Including washing your private stuff.

thanks this is going on my November motorcycle trip list. the washing part.

khon Kaen Orchid does long stay .Can walk to Central Plaza 2 mins.

I stayed there for 7 months when at KKU. Friendly staff

Makes me think of the Paniangtong Hotel in BKK 40 years ago.  It was a short-stay hotel.  90 Baht for about an hour seems expensive, but the room was furnished and she would wash your private stuff.  :cheesy:
