Have been using Foxit for years and very happy with it.

Thank you for the link.

I had a good program but I sent my desktop in for repair and they nicely cleaned it up for me and took out all my download files.

I cannot for the life of me remember what it was called.

I've had good luck with PDF-XChange Viewer (now called PDF-XChange Editor), originally recommended by the BKK Post's Wanda Sloan:

Thank you for the link.

I will give Foxit from lopburi3 a try first then do the same with yours on the same document to see which is easiest.

I have also used Foxit for years, but it is no longer free... Now I'm using Xodo from Microsoft Store & it seems to be working just fine!

That's interesting as I am using latest version with all updates and have never been asked to pay anything.  They make editing software that is for sale but the Foxit Reader (which allows fill in of forms and has typewriter ability) is still free AFAIK.

I looked at Foxit, and it seems they have a free one and a much more capable one for $$.  Pretty standard.
