HP & Acer Computers

Featured Replies

Does anyone know of a qualified technician who can come to an office in Chalong to service HP & Acer computers please

It would help a lot if you tell us which problems you have and what you expect from such a technician.

Many PC problems are software problems and it does not matter which brand the hardware is an many technicians will be able to sort problems i.e. with Windows.

But if you have hardware related problems then maybe you need someone who is specialized in these brands.

In that case I would call HP and Acer and ask them.

My apologies, your correct. Computers are freezing or very slow

I need them looked at in my office, not taken outside

All of them?

What are the full model numbers of each? Look at the labels on the underside or the back of the devices.

For HP; https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c01509566

Product Number/SKU Number is the most useful.

For ACER, look at the label.

You should be able to run hardware diagnostics on the HP machines by pressing the F2 key on startup;

Works in the same way for their PCs.

Once you have eliminated hardware from the possible issue, we can look at software.
