How to tell if Microsoft parts on Lazada are real?

Featured Replies

I want to buy a new set of Ergonomic Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse.

I checked Lazada today and they offer the Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 for 1,900B but on the same site also for about 3,700B

Normally I buy things like that in a shop in Fortune but if I get it considerably cheaper online and I can be sure it's the real thing then I like to save some money.

Does anybody of you know of have experience with that? Is there anything unusual with the unusual "cheap" parts.

I trust Lazada less than I trust amazoon or eBay.....

Then again, it's easy to fake even the holograms...

I prefer sellers with some skin In the game

I do not think the lower priced keyboard is a 'copy'. Got good reviews as well as the seller.

I would more question the higher priced keyboards. They have no reviews and sellers ratings are not that great. Think they are hoping to catch a sucker!

which is the first one you listed. I can assure you it's real.

Best keyboard ever made IMHO.

Thanks

I use that keyboard since forever but finally one of the keys does not work anymore so I have to replace it.

I don't know if it's the best ever but it's the best I ever tried - and I tried many keyboards on other people PCs.

I will order it now.

I ordered above and received it today.

I also have the "same" model which I bought a couple of years ago in one of the big Thai retail stores.

The new keyboard looks very similar but not 100% the same as the old one. I.e. it has a different font for the Microsoft logo.

And the product numbers are different.

It seems the new keyboard is good quality and I guess it's original Microsoft - but I wouldn't vouch for it.

I.e. the new keyboard has no hologram like the old one.

My old keyboard with Thai keys is part number is: X802610-003

And the new part number with US layout (no Thai) is: X823051-006

If anybody has some more info please post it here. Thanks
