Where to buy small volume (1litre) hydrochlorid acid

Featured Replies

Hi,

does anybody know if I can get it somewhere in Pattaya?

I tried some Pool shops but they have only the 20L canisters.

cheers

Any of the mom and pop hardware stores

Many of the smaller (sub-national chain) builders merchants - the ones with concrete rings and PVC pipes outside/store front - will sell 5 litre plastic containers for 150 baht +/- if you can't find 1 litre.

thanks guys

maybe you know the Thai translation for it too?

I used google translate at Thai Whatsadu last time and got the usual blank stares.

I use 'grot glua' . Better if it's in a sentance as your tones will probably be out and you could get anything.

There it is in brackets after the Thai spelling of hydrocloric acid (grot glua).
