There is a 9 hole navy course on the way to Sattahip which could ease you in.

Otherwise Crystal Bay (not great condition last time I played) or Pleasant Valley - but both have par 3s over water.

Khao Kheaow is a better course and I think experience then these two and depending on which 9s you play (has 3) may be a better option. The slope rating (supposedly a measure of difficulty) is lower also.

Pattaya Country Club is one of the closest but I have not played it for a while and may be another option.

I would say this is the "easiest" or least challenging off the local courses, though I have perfected the art of getting a horrendous lie & position on just about any course!

Waterside would have to be up there as an easy course

True, been while since I had the clubs out as it was getting a bit too expensive each week.....

I agree that it must be Pattaya Country Club, on the 331, just past the intersection with the 36, heading north.  Nice club house too.

PCC is fairly wide open. The issue I have with are the greens.  Grainy but super fast.

Played there last week too many 3 putts.

1500 b bet. 6 to 8 am including everything.

Their website lists the promotions.

If you want a fun little course that is close to the city in Pratumnak a 9 hole par 3. Most holes around 100 yards.

Next to Asia hotel.

They keep in in pretty good shape.

I think it is 400 or 450 b and you can play all day for that.

As mentioned the Waterside course at Siam Country Club is relatively easy

Waterside is nice and close to Pattaya for tourists and it's forgiving

enough to have fun. My wife plays there.

Perhaps you could try a Wednesday when the green fee is only 1900 baht.

If you make a booking,  she recommends caddie number 101 if available.

This young lady is local can help read the greens and is well educated in English.
