Catchup services on IPTV providers?

Anyone using Catchup services on IPTV providers? I use either "IPTV Smarters" or "Perfect Player" on Android boxes to watch IPTV Catchup services and when I chose a Catchup program from a channel it nearly always starts a few minutes late and cuts off before end because the broadcasting channel is not promptly on time, so to watch the end of a Catchup program I need to go back into menu and select the next program in the catchup schedule.

 

Am I missing something here? Why cannot catchup just keep on running or at least run 5 minutes longer into next program so I can see a program I chose all the way thro in one selection?

 

Any ideas please?
