Happy with Aetna

Featured Replies

This is my 5th year with them and never made a claim.

This year I have two claims.

The first one was a recent emergency visit in Pattaya at Bangkok Hospital.

I spent 8 hours at the hospital many tests and the problem was solved.  Aetna paid the entire 50,000 b within an hour of me leaving.

The second is an upcoming surgery next month.  I will need at least an overnight hospital stay.

The day after I was evaluated by the Doctor they approved everything. 150,000 b.

Just saying I am happy with their quick response and no hassle.

To add, I have been impressed with Bangkok Hospital.

Good English, professional I would recommend it.  But, not cheap obviously if out of pocket.

Thanks for the report, do you have contact details I’m shopping around just now.

If you don’t mind me asking how much is your premium?
