Drop in gym that doesn't require a membership?

Featured Replies

Anyone have recommendations for a half decent gym in Bangkok where I can just drop in or buy a punch card rather than having to commit to a membership for several months?

I'm only here for a few weeks.

Thanks.

"Anyone Fitness" in The Avani Hotel has drop in entry fees. It's located across the HW from Central Bangna. I think the drop in fee is 220 thb. It has great equipment.

The Ambassador hotel on Soi 11 I think it is 2 or 300 b.

there is a gym on sukhumvit across from the holiday inn at the corner of sukhumvit and soi 22.  i think btwn soi 29 and 31.  it is on the ground level. when i stopped in there, they had a couple of payment options,  day rate, month rate and i think another was 10 days that could be used over two months (this last one was less than the monthly rate).

Lumpini Park outdoor gym area.

How heavy do the weights get? I'm a fan of outdoor gyms but I still need heavy weights to push myself ????

small gym at the stadium (at entrance to walking track, behind fire station) by ramkhamhaeng university.

they got a load a new equipment last year.  all in good condition and cleaned regularly.

open 7 days, i think from 7 am to 9pm, (open at 1pm sunday and monday).  go before 4:30 and have the place pretty much to yourself.

cost 30 baht.

Muscle Factory in Sukhumvit 56 (BTS On Nut) is 250 baht for a day pass.
