They still drive down my road every night at 10:30 returning at 11:30pm, regular as clockwork. The problem is it is outside police working hours.

Well said.  Lots of clearly criminal acts taking place on the roads after the police knock off from robbing school children coming home.  A shift system would help.

Bypass road Phetchabun city, every night, you can hear them (10pm until 1am), If I hear them including the same exhaust sound of at least 3 regular bikes, you can bet three police-stations and two police accommodation areas can too!

They are sound sleepers. A nuclear Holocaust could not wake them.

The real takeaway from the post is this :

The Lt-Gen urged the public to keep calling on 191 or 1599 to report street racing.

While make cute comments and jokes please write this telephone number down AND USE IT.

Then you will feel empowered to help the police besides just griping about their performance.

Become part of the solution.

I know I will.
