In Pattaya Thailand now. Use Google Voice to place free calls on my laptop to the U.S.

 

Can I use Google Voice with my Laptop to place a free call in Thailand? Area Code is “085”

    '085' is not an area code, it's the beginning of a mobile phone number.

    Google voice is only free to call to North America. However, it's so cheap I put $10 and still have $6.87 after over 5 years.
