Wife has a choice of a curved or flat 55in TV with the same specs for a quality rental unit.

price nearly the same.

one guy there mentioned curved TVs are

1 less durable

2 reflections can reduce the viewing experience

on the other hand maybe a curved .t"v looks more upmarket and modern for a prospective tenant and they both have three year warranties and a good price.

any comments guys?

thanks

We have hand both curved and flat screen TVs.

I could not say I noticed any difference between them, only the shape.

I think the curved ones look a bit out of date now to my taste.

I did not find any difference with reflections on the screen between the flat and curved ones.  The 'shiny' glass screens of any kind show the most reflections of course.

Curved screens are a bit gimmicky IMO and are almost

a thing of the past.

A tenant is not going to care one way or the other.

All things considered, go for the cheapest.

Thanks to all

I came across a smart curved 55 Samsung which had been on display reduced from 28kbt to 23kbt then halved again to 11,500bt. One only

Couldn't resist.....very satisfied
