3BB Internet Connection in Phuket

Featured Replies

Anyone else having issues with 3BB in Phuket today, specifically Kamala?

I'm on a fibre optic connection and struggling to get even 1 mbs download (2mbs upload). Done all the usual tricks  unplugging, restarting etc to no avail.

Can it be that we have suddenly been swamped by millennials all frantically tapping away or is anyone aware of a fault?

Yesterday 3BB was quite choppy in Patong. This is typical high demand time. Best phone 3BB on 1530 and politely ask them to check your service. It's quite normal for 3BB to throttle service until a 'complaint' is made. Thus spreading limited bandwidth.

Back to normal this am, down- over 50 and up about 35 on Speedtest. I blame the millenials tappy tapping away. I'll ask that this be closed now as its been asked and answered and no longer relevant.

what package are you paying for on BBB>
I use ais ,they advertise 500 down, 200 up for 699

i usually get around 150-225 down, 200 up on 5 G using wifi

on 2.4 g about 80/160

Call them and ask them to restart your router.
