If you referring to Bush’s fake excuse to invade Iraq, you absolutely right. To be fair, US and other allies were invited in by Iraq to help with the fighting off ISIL. They did successfully in 2017 and really has no role except for training and advising. So what they did in killing Soleimani was a breach of their role and sovereignty of Iraq. This what <deleted> off Iraq and their law makers to ask them to leave. Trump’s slimmest of threat evidence make this assassination dodgy and perhaps unlawful.

It's already been stated by Mike Pence and subsequently backed up by his personal press secretary, that Suleimani was personally involved with the 9/11 attack.
