If you referring to Bush’s fake excuse to invade Iraq, you absolutely right. To be fair, US and other allies were invited in by Iraq to help with the fighting off ISIL. They did successfully in 2017 and really has no role except for training and advising. So what they did in killing Soleimani was a breach of their role and sovereignty of Iraq.
