Porntwit well half of his name is very apt.

The other half might be apt too - we don't know what he gets up to at weekend.

It's established now - look for more "moss excuses" in the future.

But not everyone is called Kate;

we have one like that in France , his name is Richard Virenque, a former pro cyclist;

He blamed the tide for being out and slippery moss on the ramp for his woes

Don't be too hard on him. Probably he usually used ramp at high tide and had no problem when the moss was covered and the ramp was dry.

That moss can be as slippery as hell and if he was on it no way would he have got out even with 4 wheel drive.

Though being a "seafaring" guy, he has a boat after all, he should have been aware of the moss.

****in plank!

If it's a toss-up between slippery moss and losing face,  slippery moss'll win every time.

2wd or 4wd it's the brain that needs to be engaged first!

Don't suppose it matters floating in the sea. I would expect it to be 2wd, obviously rear wheels, with little weight over them. I wonder if he took the back end into the water. In Jomtiem you pay the guy with the tractor!
