TM 30 password from email

I registered for TM 30 at CW in December so that I could report myself in my residence when necessary and received username and password in my email.

Having recently left and returned to Thailand I went to that email and when I entered the password I expected to be rerouted to choose my own password.  It didnt do anything and gave me some message that said incorrect.

My question:  Do I need to go to CW in person to sort this out?
