Thin crust with creme fraiche (sour creme) and onions, topped with bacon but I use turkey or chicken 'ham' instead.

Need a very hot oven. 300'c , finish fast, good for bbq and parties.

 

This one is flavored fried sun-dried pork. Great with rice! I just need to sun-dry the pork for a day, in order to get the "unforgettable" texture.

Been working on the roast dinners

Made raspberry jam (with a few blackberries) in the microwave.

280gm raspberries, 140gm sugar, heat in a microwave on 800w for 15 mins 30 seconds, stir every 2 minutes.

 

My wife prepared the rice and I cooked the fish for both of us. A little olive oil-butter, garlic, fresh basil, black pepper.
