Who has Roojai car insurance?

Featured Replies

My question is has any of the members here had to make a claim through roojai insurance?

If so how did it go?

Only her in doors The Midget doesn't believe they can do it a lot cheaper in our case half the price

Have big ploblems making a claim I not believe.

Firstly they are brokers not an insurance company, I have had them for the last 3 years with no issue, just renewed for two cars actually, but never yet made a claim. I have seen instances on this forum where claims have been made without any issue.

I made a claim with them. At the scene of the accident they were not great as it took quite a while for them to send an assessor, perhaps more than normal. My car was damaged on the side but after it was repaired I was satisfied with their service. The repair was excellent and I have had no issues since. I have renewed for a second year after they gave me a fair quote.

Roojai has written guarantees, read them to your midget......????

as already posted, roojai are an agent who find a company to cover you, so the same as other brokers but cheaper, 3 of my vehicles are with them, saving a lot each year.

Used them and made a claim for a Honda which was fixed at main dealer. all trouble free.

I  use them but their  pricing is  most  odd........2019 Chevvy  colorado top model new 4x4 storm,   will payout max 702k but if  i  had  bought the Colorado 4th  July one, same identical  vehicle has  different  body stickers they will pay 980k ?  go  figure list price  is  also  20k  less, the ONLY  difference is the stickers  on it....bizarre so  those  stickers  are covered for another 280+k

Hmmm, their market value, total loss payout, will probably plummet seeing as new purchase prices have, and Chevy doing a runner from LOS...

policy  states  max payout 980k and 720k as of today, also  just checked their prices on a 2.0  Ford  Biturbo wildtrak list price 1.265 million and payout is 980k? go figure. ie  no  full refund if  wiped out on day one  of insurance.

As of  today the 4x4 Colorado list  price  is 875k (used to be 1.098m) list price, the 4th July is  now  not available (only available for short  time in July last year but is just  a  white high country with extra  stickers) but was 1.078m and the bi turbo 1.265m, bizarre.

Brokers propose different companies.

Roojai is not a broker i think ?
