Wanna change?

It's boiling hot in our house and wifey just went to bed with aircon on.

All day it looked like it would rain, but it didn't. I'll call the rainmaking team and tell them to fly over Sisaket tomorrow. It's that easy! Or not?

the Nagas (phayanak) lolling in the waters around Tavatimsa (Buddhist "heaven") are beginning to rehearse their act for the songkran show time.

We had close on an hour of heavyish rain in Pattaya, and after 4 1/2 months of drought I was very surprised that neither the internet nor the electricity disappeared. Things are improving -- maybe.

You're in the totally wrong forum, pal.

It rained for 40 minutes where I live last night, in Chiang Mai.

Also in CM. Yes about 30 minutes of rain then nothing. Reminded me of West Africa. In the beginning f the hot season, no rain. Then one day you will get 1 hour of rain and no more. They call it mango rain, it starts the trees to ripen the fruit.

First big rain of the year yesterday. Bang Na was hit with some heavy rains. Might be like March, and April of 2018. March was cooler than normal with showers, and then April hit, and so did the heat.

Here in PATTAYA it was wonderful,we had about half an hour of heavy rain ,wont do much for the water shortage ,but the garden breathed a sigh of relief.

Had a big storm here in Chaiyaphum lasting approx 20 min, next day I had to dig a hole and the rain had only penetrated the ground by approx 4 inches then bone dry again. Any rain is helpful but by no means enough yet.
