Read the article few weeks ago and thought " you cheeky fk".   But after observing the behavior of most and i mean most 90% of foriegners they are assisting in the spread of this virus.

90% of farangs plus indians i seen this week were not wearing face masks.  Now some will argue face masks dont help, i say they go a long long way to stop the spread.

Sitting in restaurant last week and a russian guy was sneezing all over the bloody place, told thai guy waiter he should get rid of him he just smiled ???? must have been spending a lot of money.   Yesterday 5 oldwr farangs sitting in a bar restaurant, one of them coughing but there was a fan near him and it was in my direction, not one of them was wearing face mask ,they all looked hiso types and one had a golf bag with him, so they arent the average joe ,flip flop & string vest types on the streets of pattaya .

Most thais were covering up, noticed only 1 or 2 yesterday who didnt have face mask on.  

I have been wearing one since i got here, ive serious underlying health conditions .

I think everyone should be playing there part and i think on hindsight that the govenor was right but not in so many words.

Anyone not wearing face mask should get fined.

I do not believe in face mask! First of all the mask used, is worth nothing when compare to spread the virus, second how the people use them. Worthless with improper use. 

 

However, it is a different world out there with a mask on, and without. From scared angry eyes behind masks when without, to smiling faces with! Your choice
