Alcohol also disrupts the gut barrier, allowing more bacteria to pass into the blood.

COVID is a virus ......... no bacteria.

And it infects through the lungs ........ not your gut.

By using only half of @bkk6060 message you're using it out of context. He is quite correct in stating that alcohol use adversely affects the immune system. Read about it here.

Urgent!! Sakon Nakhon increases the closing measures!! Liquor Location (beer, sake, wine, whiskey, Brandy, etc) effective March-16 April 31, 63 (effective in all malls, no except. (sighs)

According to the announcement of sakon nakhon province, vol. 7/2562, the location is temporarily announced.

No, but I'll probably head out tomorrow AM ...

I just had 20 bottles of wine delivered from the wine connection to restock my wine refrigerator, along with a case of Memminger Weissbier in bottles, to fill my refrigerator.  I ordered them in person before I went and did a little shopping at Tops where I bought a few small 4 packs of SPY for the Girlfriend from Tops, and a bottle of Baileys to drink over Ice....I am now stocked for a fortnight at least or 2.

They banned Thaksin government, and the Thai people picked it.

They banned Yingluck government, and the Thai people picked it.

They rigged the elections to keep the military rule, and the Thai people picked it

Now that the ban alcohol sales, civil unrest can start

Maybe take it up with Facebook for their translations, or learn to read Thai

I can read enough Thai to know what it says.
Maybe the person who posted it should have been more careful.

probably to stop people having large gatherings i.e parties and spreading the virus.

more than likely you will still be able to buy it at the mom n pop shops as always.

correct .....   just go and get a few boxes now and then you'll still get from mom & pops shop anyway.

no big deal.
