It's no wonder the Virus is spreading with the amount of Falangs walking and driving without a mask on(inconsiderate idiots) even if you think the mask does nothing why not just be considerate to others around you and wear a mask, also idiots driving with no top on it. beggars belief, I dont like wearing the mask but I do it because it's the right thing to do! rant over stay safe all those that care.

I have purchased 100 of these 3ply surgical masks.

But will only put them on in situations that are a little more crowded

than usual.

Thats you... but remember, half of everyone you see around you is of half the intelligence (of everyone around you).... Do you really trust everyone around you to go about their lives with the same level of discretion?

I couldn't believe the West resisted advising the mask, the only reasonable excuse given was that they may not be enough for everyone and for medics etc.

 

Asians are far better on this due to previous pandemics here.

 

If you have no symptoms and can carry and transfer the virus to others, then must use the mask, that logic means everyone should wear it...!

 

Also if anything masks stop people touching their nose and mouth, that alone justifies it....

 

The best of course are the ones fit well and you can wash after every use.

There are 100people in your vicinity, of those 100 people 50% are below average intelligence, which probably isn’t very high to begin with !! so I don’t trust everyone to use the same intelligent discretion on wearing mask and taking preventative measures - hence the sweeping regulations instead.

I read the best way to make the mask decision - consider yourself positive for the virus and it's just damned decent to wear one in public so you don't go spreading it around. One can't know they DON'T have it at any given time, so do the right thing.

Pray tell, where can I go to buy some masks.  No where around my area is there any.  Pharmacies, are out, none at 7-11, stores do not have any.  I have been trying for over three weeks now, and no luck.  I think I would have better luck wrapping a pair of nickers around my face, since I can not locate any, and have been recycling and cleaning the two I have had since the end of February....

Unless we get tested we cannot know if we have the virus or not. 

We have to act as if we do have the virus so we don’t spread it to others. 

 

We also have to act as if we’ve never had the virus because if we didn’t, we are not immune. 

 

Therefore, we both have the virus and have not had the virus as the same time - Schrodinger's Virus.... Wear the Mask !!!

Consider the mask (as its supposed to be considered) a barrier to prevent your potentially Covid-19 contaminated aerosol from your lungs spreading to others, either as it remains in aerosol, or falls out of suspension onto surfaces when you cough, sneeze, breath under exertion etc...  Even wearing a bandana over your face will make some difference (if you don’t have a mask) - recycling and cleaning your masks properly will also help, some people are making their own cloth masks, these will also help. 

 

Nothing is perfect, everything is better than nothing (in most cases) if used, worn, cleaned, disposed of properly along side other recognised measures to prevent the spread of infection.

Yup, i also see it...remember what that minister Anutin said about this? And what he wanted to do? I think he was right but i already got a 2 week ban for saying so , now i better ????

rode around Kamala today on my bicycle, no i dont wear a mask, If i did i couldn't get enough air into my lungs.

I only wear one when i go inside a shop or supermarket, ( amazing, went to Central supermarket in Chern Talay today and about 10% of the farangs were NOT wearing masks)

i'd say 85% of those out and about wear a mask where as 2 weeks ago less thna 10%

 

For me i see ZERO reason to wear one in my car. seems rather crazy..

Masks DO stop any liquid being expelled from your mouth for others to absorb.

 

You DO NOT know if you have it or not. There are asymptomatic carriers that spread the disease, you could be one of them.

 

Wear a mask for the sake of having SOME humanity.

There are asymptomatic people around the world who are spreading the virus. IF these asymptomatic people (of which you might be one) wear a mask, they (you!) minimize the spread. Ferchrissake, is it really that hard to wear a mask when in public?

Cant get any there. They wont let me drive the 12 hours it takes to get there . Anywhere else closer, like maybe Nakhon Phanom, Sakhon Nackhon ?
