April 6, 20205 yr you cannot access the AIS stores at terminal 21 or emporium. at terminal 21, only the lower floor with the supermarket is open plus the starbucks on the level above (takeaway only). you can order from some of the restaurants on the upper floors and they bring the food down to you. that was how it was a few days ago, may have changed since then. most of the food options in emporium on the floor with the supermarket (floor 4) have closed, they were open for awhile for takeway but ended up closing. i don't know what you need to do with AIS but they have a kiosk in the MRT sukhumvit station. just take the escalator down from the terminal 21 side and look to your right.
April 6, 20205 yr I can't speak for AIS but e.i. i am with TRUE and I called their helpline and they told me where I can find an open store. ( CP Tower at Silom ) You might want to try that. Call AIS.
