The ads on this site have reached intolerable levels.

With likely increased traffic due to Covid and most of us in lockdown, it really looks like they're cashing in. And with so many members, it'd be hard for them to notice if several thousand of us become inactive.

I am very close to walking away if this continues.

On pretty much any other website, once you click on the 'x' to dismiss an embedded video, it is gone.

 

When you click to dismiss a pop-up ad, google asks you why and 'tries not to show this ad again'

 

However, TV's embedded advertising video just pops back up again and again and again. Like Covid-19.

 

They've been working on it since at least 2 March.

 

 

I hope this is resolved soon but it appears each and very thread started about this 'temporary harrassment' is locked... despite this.
