In Mukdahan there is a pharmacy warehouse named Forte (Spelling may be off). I'm asking the folks down in Ubon if there is one located in the city. I looked online but there was nothing of much help. 

 

If there is another pharmacy that is like a warehouse let me know.

I know a huge pharmacy warehouse near the school and market in Warin Chamrap but believe its licensed trade only. 

 

There's bound to be smaller wholesalers scattered around Ubon. A lot of them look like small pharmacy shophouses but you see cartons of stock being delivered from the shop or stacked up waiting for collection.

There is a Fortes here in Udon as well.  It's situated on the ring road.  Turn left onto it if coming from the Khon Kaen direction.  It' about 6 ish kms from the traffic lights.  Just before the road splits at the Nong Bua Lamphu set of traffic lights. Turning left for Nong Bua Lamphu or right for Udon.

 

Sorry, you mentioned Ubon,not Udon.
