A joint operation by the Thai military and local police resulted in the arrest of two Chinese men who were caught sneaking into Thailand on the border with Cambodia in Sa Kaeo province.

Dou, 28, and Luo, 36, were nabbed in the Khok Soong area.

They were loaded with Ecstasy tablets and powder and various kinds of date rape drugs. They also had weighing scales and sealing equipment.

The two men were both charged with drug smuggling and possession with intent to sell.

They were separately charged for violating immigration requirements.

Great photo. The only thing missing is a police dog with a mask on it.

Didn't they get the memo about "shelter in place"?

You've got to be completely stupid to be doing something like crossing a border illegally at a time like this. Possibly the worst time in history, other than during wartime, to be doing a stunt like this, especially as foreigners.

Maybe wearing those masks all day has caused brain damage from lack of oxygen.

Charming. Can't wait till they're back in droves.

Good to see they are keeping the required 2m spacing.........LOL

And of course, the showing-off photo is far more important than social distancing, which Thai's just can't seem to get their heads around!

Dou and Lou=Dumb and Dumber; and that doesn't incude the useless Dorks standing behind them !

Looks like these are actually just forward thinking Chinese...getting ready for the upcoming "Back-to-Normal" celebrations.

With the lockdown and no alcohol sales, one might be forgiven for craving a little ecstasy.

Hope they enjoy the quarantine at the Hilton... they deserve the holiday.

Damned Chinese just can't stay away.

Will the Chinese ever stop sending their dirty stuff over. PM should have a chat with his mate Xi.

Give 'em a Corvid shot, seeing as they are into Chinese made stuff.....:coffee1:

The police knew it was coming. Those Chinese were set up from the getgo. Although can't imagine what they were thinking trying to pull this off. These must be Thailands first tourist crossing the border in many weeks. Haha.. A sign Thailand should look at for their future predictions in tourism

These lads may have an extra rough time in the Thai jail because of that.
