Reinforced spine needs to swim

       Carbon reinforced, therefore bending down deeply not recommended. E.g. exiting the pool over a ladder.

        Looking for a nice pool, to walk in/out. I will happily pay for this part of rehab.

Centre of the Universe, but according to their website, they're closed until June 1 because of Covid-19.  Also, the rehab dept at CM Ram has a water therapy pool.

I think it's possible to walk into the pool at the Ratilanna Hotel, end of Chang Khlan Road. From memeory, gym membership there 1000 baht/month, which includes pool use.

Aren't these pools/gyms (except the Ram perhaps) precluded for the moment?

 

Out of interest how much is a physio/swim session at the Ram?

There is a stairway into the pool and it does have a handrail. Both ends of the pool also have places to sit in the water, not great for laps but perfect if someone needs to rest for a moment.
