Thai media are reporting that a Falang has donated 6 thousand kilos of rice and paid a garage at Patong beach to give out free petrol. 2 km queue at the petrol station.

Another stupid farang. Thais have plenty to eat. No shortage of rice. They just sell it off. My MiL buys this sort of rice for her restaurant all the time. Sad but true. Giving is complicated.

Very true, the rich loves freebie more than the poor. 

But offering charity makes happy who does the charity than the recipient.

They don't care who gets it.
