Driving without a license penalty?

Can't make a new license as the ministry is closed.

 

Wonder what the penalty is for driving without a license these days? 

 

Wasn't there talk of making the penalty tougher?

I think there's a DLT C19 period in place that lets you off until they open.

Ring your DLT and ask or ask at your local police station if your concern.
