Visit HH next weekend?

Featured Replies

Thinking of visiting HH next weekend for two or three days, need to get away from Lat Phrao for my mental health. Is there much open or many people out on the street?

Mazette, that's a question for NCC.
Every day he travels the streets and shops of HH on his iron horse.
You couldn't be better.

Restaurants open, but social distancing enforced, but many are selling a variety of drinks...if you get my drift.... No night life, bars still closed. Water park closed, malls open but bring a supply of pens to fill out all the forms. One thing though, the beaches are open though no vendors.

Are hotels open?

If so I expect the hotel pool to be closed mind you I expect the sea is much cleaner than it used to be.

Pleasantly busy this weekend. Most restaurants are open, so are the malls. Will do you good.

There are only 3 restaurants open in the downtown area around the Hilton.  All bars, massage shops and the night market are closed.  Very few hotels are open, so confirm by phone before you make a booking.  The beach is open and the two malls Market Village and BluPort are open.  If you find a hotel, I think you'll have a nice quiet relaxing time.

this is a open air food court. very large. and you can sit and eat and hang out at your table without a mask. i am thinking this is the largest group of people you will see in HH. And it is down 75%. if you want a beer, you will see people with tall white paper cups. watch which bar they are coming from. illegal of course. if you see any women there of questionable moral character just remember i have already had sex with them.

this is a sidewalk restaurant. open air. very good Thai food and BBQ chicken. 200 baht you are stuffed. you can sit or take away. closed Tuesdays.

good starting point for beach walk and a few seafood restaurants. you can sit at the place at the right as you hit the sand at the end of the road.
