TheJoker999
Looking to employ 2-3 workers to work as packaging employees. 5 days work week paying 12,000-15,000. Where can i search for such people? Should i ask a job recruiter for help or is there anyway that i can source for myself?
UKMART
There is START company, just search google for Start recruitment and also Manpower, they used to do labour force, but could have stopped. Try Jobs DB as well. I always look on craigslist there are lots of people on there looking for jobs. Good Luck

GreasyFingers
You open a business in Thailand and don't know where to get employees. I won't wait for your IPO.

Can't your Thai partner help with locating workers? Asking around usually works well in this country. Foexie
Think these days you just need to put an add, or something, on fb and they will come to you like bees on a honey jar. So many need a job now.

craighj
Best to find yourself a labour hire agency, hundreds of them around different areas tend to have different agencies. Start with agency staff first before employing your own staff. Your quoted rate for factory workers is pretty good and you should not have issues getting decent staff. Especially at only 5 days a week. craighj
salsajapan
15000 is clearly too much, especially when knowing that they won't respect you more than if you would give 12000. They will leave soon anyway.

No one's going to recommend someone who will later make them look bad, or pass along job offers to such people. Word of mouth is backed by the people knowing each other. Unfortunately, the Corona situation has made things difficult. The wife had two job offers in place before the lockdown, which were then put on hold. Then when we checked back on them recently, they both got snagged by someone else. One of them was kind enough to pass along other opening they saw, which was then just snagged the day before. Ah. We're just going to keep trying. That's how we got her previous job, before moving back here to BKK.
