FCO travel advice changing , can we get insurance

Featured Replies

Hi All,

With corona seemingly on the back foot in many countries it looks as though travel bubbles are going to be introduced, UK surprisingly included in some.

If the FCO “All but essential travel advice is lifted”, will that make medical insurance covering covid purchasable ?

Many thanks...

Embassy certificate, 100K insurance and quarantine still mandatory after July 1st?

if there a link in there somewhere

If you read the article, they are discussing a travel bubble with the US, Italy, Spain, France....  in other words they are making a 'high rate of infection' travel bubble!  ????‍♂️

I have an annual worldwide insurance policy through my bank.  I checked last week on any restrictions based on the current situation.  The medical cover including is still valid and the only temporary change is to the cancellation part where this is not covered if you cancel due to Covid illness or travel restrictions etc.
