Letter from my pension provider. 

I too submit a letter from income provider since it has my Thai address.  In addition, when doing the yearly renewal to stay, I include a copy of wife's ID and house registration (although i am not doing a marriage visa extension of stay, only a retirement)

Letter from bank that was sent by post

I used a letter from UK regarding tax plus a letter in English from my Thai car insurance people. Both contained my local address.

Utility bill electric, water in your name and address just renewed mine last year.
