A tomboy in Ang Thong in central Thailand said her car was attacked by a man who was riding a motorcycle.

Kamonchanok, 23, said she was waiting for her girlfriend at a bus stop opposite a school in Muang district.

A shirtless man got off a bike on the other side of the road and came towards her. She thought he was about to ask directions.

But she soon realised he was holding a metal club and he started smashing her car with it.

She raced off to a Tesco Lotus Express about 2 kilometers away to seek help.

She told police she had no idea who the assailant was or the reason for the attack.

She warned other females online to watch out in this area of Ang Thong.

Police are studying CCTV  to try and get a lead.

Of course!  It is very relevant to describe the sexual condition in this case ... Give the journalist a pulitzer.

yeah, unless the motive of the attack was her sexuality then it doesn't belong in print online, and I imagine in the writers country it could end up in the courts..

The only woman in Thailand without a mobile phone (camera) in her hand.

Not sure how you would respond if your car window all of a sudden gets smashed. I can understand some fear and forgetting to take a picture. I can imagine this all going quite fast and happening out of the blue.
