July 8, 20205 yr Not strictly a citizens advice centre, but may provide something. https://www.thephuketnews.com/how-to-complain-in-english-49870.php Other than that, a post in Facebook would produce hundreds of comments. That's what many Thais seem to do.
July 8, 20205 yr Author The ombudsman sounds good for consumer complaints - however, she hasn't been ripped off. She needs some solid financial advice from somebody who knows the laws regarding debts etc.
