The new regulation went info effect on June 30th. I would guess not everybody is aware of it.

Not needed for most people now unless you change addresses.

Forget it - all previous links to downloadable forms have now been removed. There are, however, still links to a number of forms (in Thai) on the Bangkok Immigration website:-

Did not see that link before, thank you for that.
l used one of the pretend-to-be-affiliated-with-immigration websites. Then printed, answers in blue of course, and had to rewrite the lot by hand because there are new forms.

just clicked on the link and it doesn't  load correctly, so all is as before then.
