Police and forensic teams were called to a house in Ban Ngu Leuam in Koh Lak sub-district of Muang Prachuab Khirikhan on Sunday evening after a man was shot dead.

When investigators arrived Rudee, 71, was in tears cradling the body of Phian, 68, who had been shot in the mouth, right arm and right leg seven times. Shocked relatives were all around.

Rudee said that the shooter was her son in law Khamsan, 37, who split up with her daughter a month ago after exhibiting unacceptable behavior. He had tried to reconcile with her but been rejected.

Three days prior he had shot at a neighbor and stolen a motorcycle. He then shot at Rudee but she managed to duck.

On Sunday he came back and was urinating outside the house in the rain.

The family were watching TV.

Shots rang out and the suspect ran off.

Rudee called for police protection before the suspect is apprehended.

in most places he would of been arrested and jailed for this. which would of saved a life. how was he not charged with attempted murder the first time ?

o wait.
