Gents, this is sort of an extension of a previous post so I'll try to simplify this. Sorry if it sounds repetitive. I may have overcomplicated the previous post. Getting stressed enough as it is.

Does anyone know whether money earned through salary and dividends is taken into consideration post previous full financial year when providing supporting documents for an FLR(M) visa?

Requirement for application: Full previous financial years account (2019/2020) GOT. Ongoing evidence of employment for 2020/2021 GOT but total funds do not meet £18,600. Not sure if this is taken into consideration? Unfortunately, UKVI can't tell me either.

It states in the Appendix FM section 1.7 category F that the Director or employee of a ltd company can use income from the last full financial year to meet the financial requirement. Sort of gives me the impression that this is the de facto financial requirement that has to be met, but who knows?

What didn't you understand about my previous response in your other post ?  I said:

I'm not really sure what you are asking us.   You said that you will be using your 2019/2020 financial year for the application ?  If so, you need to show income above 18,600 GBP in that financial year. Either from salary or dividends, or both. If you receive both, then you must provide the evidence of both, even if you are only relying on one for the application.

Your 2020/2021 income or dividends, or both will not be used in meeting the financial requirements of your application in any way, except as evidence on ongoing self-employment.  The financial evidence for the actual application can be from one financial year only (or two consecutive years if you want to use an average).

Tony, my above post was prior to your response in the other running thread, which I've only just seen as I've just returned from holiday. You've answered my query in that post. Thanks again.
