90 Day online reporting down?

Featured Replies

Is anyone in Chiang Mai having trouble with 90 day reporting online?

The site will no longer work for me.

Can you describe what error or error condition you're encountering when trying the online reporting system?

If you're encountering a system or browser error then try another browser. If you're running into an error message on the site, possibly due to automatic amnesty reporting, then this thread might help:

90 Day Online Reporting situation as of 24 July 2020...totally confused now!

My online 90 day was fine last week. You need to aim for 10 days before your due date. I always set my reminders for 80 days and never have issues.

Try the App. The Android App works for me when I cannot get the website to work. Be sure you get confirmation by email, usually the following day.

I'm in Chiang Mai and did my 90 day online report yesterday.

Submitted at 9:55am and received email at 10:30am.

Now OK until 28th December.

Quickest it's ever been.

Logged in to the Android app this morning. It says I'm on overstay. This is not correct. My visa expires in November. Considering checking in in person so they can correct this.

Also, if you are using a virtual private network (VPN), you need to disable it.  The 90-day reporting and most likely a lot of other immigration sites are accessible within Thailand only.

I think that if due to the amnesty you missed doing a 90 day this can confuse the online system which hasn't been adapted to recognise the amnesty.

iS IT A FACT THAT ONLINE 90 DAY WORKS 10 DAYS BEFORE DUE DATE AND NOT OTHERWISE?

No

Drove through and received 90 day check in. The Android app did not work this time although the date was within the allowed period and ten days before the due date.

Did my online report this week, but did not receive any email notification for approval from Thai immigration.  Previously, approval notification was swiftly received within one to two days after submission.  This time after four days and no notification, went into the online reporting website and discovered the approval was granted  on the same day of initial transaction.  Go figure...perhaps immigration is very, very busy processing amnesty extensions.

Did mine and er indoors yesterday, approval ,with emails, took less than 3 hours.

First time ever that I was able to complete the application for the wife. Works for us at least, easy.

Not due till 18 Nov but did online report today 1023 and approval email received 1056.

Please note do not use a VPN or browser like Opera with VPN activated!
