It certainly does have an element of comic book drama. But if it is a deception then it is on a growing scale as many people regularly  seen to be in Trump's company as well as an undisclosed number of general White House  staffers are testing positive I doubt it.

Trump may be physically  functioning  on better than  usual drugs but time will tell if it can be maintained.

I'd say you are deliberately ignoring the fact he had the best medical care in the world. Trump should be afraid.  Dr. Sanjay Gupta pointed out that Covid patients often rally, but then the disease can still worsen quickly, especially at the one week mark, which for Trump would be Wed. or Thurs.

How ironic that Trump got Covid. He is in the dangerous age bracket that everyone is talking about and is obese. But Donald will make a full recovery and show the world that we have treatments right now and don't need this highly dangerous rushed vaccine from hell.

Don't worry, I suspect hardly anyone, worldwide, who has been following either Mr Trumps various antics, or the reports of the Corona virus, how it affects its victims over time and how it is spread, believes it either! The "obese McDonalds munching old man" hasn't beaten the virus, in 72 hours! He has merely been given treatment ( no expense spared treatment which would not be available to virtually anyone else) to suppress the symptoms and enable him to claim to have beaten the virus.
