Is there anywhere in Phuket where you can donate to the RBL Poppy appeal and pick up a poppy or preferably an enamel 2020 pin?

 

Also is there anywhere on the 8th November that a service of remembrance is held?

We Will Remember Them

I'm the Poppy Appeal Organiser in Phuket for the Royal British Legion, Thailand.   Currently the Thailand Branch is evaluating the practicalities of the appeal for this year.   

 

Due to the Covid situation, the logistics of receiving merchandise as part of the 2020 appeal has meant we do not have the material that we would wish to have.   This does not mean that the appeal will not take place, however hopefully there will be something both in keeping with the objectives of the Poppy Appeal, but will also take into account the local population need of support.

 

Please send me a PM for further information for this year's Poppy Appeal and potential commemoration.

Pardon me hijacking the thread but thanks and respect to your colleagues. I picked up (and paid for) my poppies yesterday at bars in BKK. Great job all round.

An update for Poppy availability here in Phuket.   We've managed to source a limited amount of stock of poppy's and other items, and they are available at the following locations.
