They are reporting 59 total deaths from Covid....how many die every year from the flu?  Require test prior to arrival, as well as upon arrival, virtually bring the odds of someone brining it in to 0%. Or you can continue to destroy the economy, your choice.  This is NOT the plague, isn't that obvious by now?
