5 Year License Renewal at Morchit. Appointment needed or is it closed?

Is an appointment still needed at Morchit for license renewal?  Has anyone done it recently?  What was your experience like? Thanks!

if its at regent school outside pattaya then you must go there to get an appointment, and that appointment is around a month later, since the app for foreigners dont work
