Biden is on the edge of winning.

With an electoral college tally of over 300 when only 270 is needed the chance of a Supreme Court override is gone as well.

I can't wait for Jill Biden to tear down the neo fascist design in the rose garden done by Melania.

I think money can be saved after the profligate spending of the past years. I agree with you about dreadful design.

Yes, winning Georgia would be huge, and totally unexpected (for me).  However I won't allow myself to get too optimistic.

If I remember correctly Georgia will count military ballots that come in on or before November 10, so the count won't be finished before then.  Once it is complete, it's safe to assume there will be a recount.  This will go on for a while.

I would love to know how many military personnel voted against " The Commander in Chief ", it that would be a hit in the sensitive parts for him, should it reflect the majority disliked the "most popular CIC".

From what I've seen it's been a fairly consistent 50/50. Certainly NOT the most popular by a long shot.

Well calling that batch military at least in Georgia is a misnomer. I heard it's mixed with, wait for it, EXPATS, that tend to skew democratic. No idea of the ratio of military to regular expats.

I recall him stating " I am the most popular CIC and they love me".  Be good if all states could separate out the military votes though just as a measure of his self confidence

I'm hearing GA won't make a call for weeks, but in reality, it's over there.

I do not recall anything like these scenes following any other election for POTUS. I think it reflects the absolute chaos caused by a man child.

That surprises me, particularly from the experiences on this forum. Maybe its a case of "empty vessels make the most noise".

or perhaps do not bother voting

That tends to happen when you call military personnel "losers and suckers".

And say nothing about Putin putting a bounty on their heads.

What's the demographic of expats. Retirees would skew old and white. Probably male, too. So they would favor Trump But now there are lots of young Americans working abroad. They would skew the other way.

I am sure any future employers will love finding that on any social media posts when they do their "due diligence"

Given where lots of Trump supporters come from, they just might.

This is a well known political fact based on expats in all countries. Not just Thailand. Expats in France and there are many are going to be politically different than expats in Panama  etc

I hope the one term sore loser does refuse to leave.

Biden campaign threatens to ‘escort Trump out of White House’ if he refuses to concede election

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-election-2020/biden-trump-us-election-white-house-b1644175.html?utm_source=reddit.com

I'm not clear on what to make of those reports re Trump possibly refusing to concede...

One interpretation of that is that he's going to refuse to give a formal "I lost" concession speech, no matter what the eventual outcome. And there's already news reports of that possibility. Doing so is a longstanding custom, but there's no requirement. And if he doesn't, it doesn't really matter in any material way. No one is really expecting grace out of a graceless man/child.

A different interpretation, which seems to have been stoked by the Biden campaign's response to Trump's latest comments, is the notion that Trump would literally refuse to leave the White House when his term as president ends. While I wouldn't put anything past Trump, that extraordinary notion would seem to be pretty unlikely.

We can't know.

We know what he says.

We can only know what he does when he does it.

He is however very impulsive.

So whatever he ends up doing or not doing will remain unpredictable but potentially volatile.

What we do know is that he will behave like a petulant spoiled child for the rest of his days.

For a man child who has jut had his favourite toys taken away, its a bit more than worrying that he will still be in possession of the nuclear football until January 21st.

I’m sure they have never given him the correct code .At least one hopes not

It's more likely that even Trump understands that nuclear war would be bad for the economy and property values, including the property he claims to own.
