He will have to court for tax and bank fraud, this will cost him a a lot of money. The Deutsche bank will get either 400 million usd paid back next year or they will foreclose on his properties. There will be loads of other state court cases be started from which he, his family and cronies can't get a pardon. It is over and out for this loser.

Given woo his foreign friends are, it would be chump change for them to bail him out. The Qataris have already done it for the Kushner family.

but it wasn't heard, was it? IMO a huuuuuge mistake and will lead to chaos as those that believe the election was stolen resist Biden's government.

There was no evidence presented.

How a suit works is to look at the evidence THEN build the case. No evidence, no case.  45 lost. Accept it. Embrace it. I honestly tried to swallow the bitter pill and give 45 a chance. We all now know how that went. Now it's 45 supporters' turn.

The Supreme Court showed some dignity and grace yesterday, and tossed this case out onto the street, like the piece of foul garbage it is, rejected it outright, and put Trump in his rightful place. As a sore loser of the election. Gone, baby gone. See ya Don!

Don's not gone, and IMO he'll be right there looking over Biden's shoulder waiting for the inevitable mistakes.

He may not be in the big chair but CNN is sure to be keeping him in the public eye. He's so good for their ratings!

That loser aka 45 is gonna be SO busy fighting to stay out of jail that he won't have time to bother Joe. I don't much like Joe - he's just another old white corporatist in the bag for Big Pharma, but he does know how the game is played. 45 won't even amount to the significance of an annoying gnat.

Doesn't matter if he's in some rich person's country club jail, IMO. Electronic medium will keep him in the public's eye till he's served his time, and he can even be king maker if he's in jail during 2024.

CNN won't, IMO be giving up their ratings maker any time soon.

Losing is IMO the best option for Trump, whether he or his supporters realise it at the moment. The next 2 to 4 years are going to be very tough economically and politically. I don't envy anyone that has to deal with corona, huuuuge unemployment, political chaos etc.

Hopefully things will be settled in 4 years and Trump can stand for president again. In the meantime he'll be alerting everyone to every mistake the government makes. Not a happy prospect for Biden, having Trump criticize him every day. Even if twitter closes his account he can start his own on line tv channel. It's not like he'll be short of cash to do that.

????

For someone who doesn't like Trump you are quite tenacious at supporting him.

This post is really strange, after you tried to convince us for a long time that Trump should be the rightful winner of these elections.

Better we start referring to him as 44. The 44th worst in history. Beaten only by Buchanan or Harrison, as the worst ever. Take your pick.

SCOTUS did make a decison, a majority one, by finding it was not within their jurisdiction to hear the case.

That is a decison

The decision being to uphold the Constitution which they swore to uphold.

Pretty much a decision

Actually, what the SC decided was that Texas lacked standing.  It would not have mattered if Paxton actually had had evidence of fraud in the four states whose electoral votes they were trying to block, because without standing a party cannot bring a case.

And they made a decision. Which was the post I was responding to

When a court which is 6-3 conservative, and got packed by Trump himself, throws out every case he files, that should make something clear to his fanboys.................or maybe not

Yes indeed. There again, perhaps (just) it may be a sign that whatever their personal political views and loyalties the Justices have made a conscious decision to  administer justice without political bias. If so it would be the first glimmer of light after a very dark light!

This week’s state of affairs proves that America is a madhouse, and the media, Time Magazine and their ridiculous  “Person of the Year” selection included, are funhouse mirrors used to further distort our already deranged sureality.
a world reminiscent of Columbus falling off the flat earth...the many slave-minded, are simply too weak to comprehend the idea of fighting for our freedom.

He has taken in $250 million so far on peddling his baseless claims.  I think he knows what he is doing.

He has also quite well anchored his alternative reality in the mind of Republican voters.

Nb. Unlike <deleted> programs such as F&F, Fox News polls are quite reliable.
