Where to buy Laptop (Lenovo Thinkpad) spare parts?

Featured Replies

Today my laptop cooler broke and I need a replacement, but so far I can not find any place that sell spare parts. I had it in repair once. But that place took money for lies and I doubt they can help me.

Go talk to one of the Thai techs, there are many of them everywhere, ask in the IT sections of shopping centers, or com shops anywhere. You can probably have a generic fan installed cheaper than a Lenovo part.

I tried but most didn't have the part. It is sort of special with a heat pipe attached to it. The lenovo service center will ask but it costs around 4000 baht and they recommended ebay.

It might be worth checking Lazada, I checked recently for Thinkpad keyboards & quite a few sellers had those.

Thanks. I've found the part on shopee after entering some keywords in thai. But I tried Lazada, too.

Every Thai city seems to have an IT Mall such as Tucson Com Pattaya. Find yours and start your enquiries there.

Back in the day in CM i would go to the shops in pantip plaza..used to be many repair shops

Not sure what the scene is nowadays....also BEHIND Icon Plaza were some shops..by NW corner-Old city

Id look for the old middle eastern guy that had a massive repair shop above pantip..he gave me a battery once
