It must be a new way of scam no one has tried before. These days those who have lost jobs become creative, but how much successful the scam will be, no one knows about new ideas. If it was just a drop off, you never received such package. 

My vote for the Brushing scam as well.  Your name & address has been added to total verified sales for some shady online outfit.  Probably more valuable to accumulate Farangs on their fake customer list.

My neighbour always gets parcels addressed to:

Khun Dil Do.

He thinks it must be for another Chi... neigbour.
